This hacked version fixes the drawback in TranspRef0.71 of not remembering the images that you had loaded if you closed your blend file and reopened it you had to reload all your images manually which gets a bit tedious if you had even 3 planes and like me closed the file, opened others, saved different versions etc, each time having to reload the images.

TranspRef071_Saveplanes.tar.gz - Add images to mesh reference planes
To install put all 3 scripts in your blender scripts directory . Execute this script from the "Scripts->Object " menu and choose 'Transp reference'
